Smitten Polish - Date Night

Idag blir det ingen topp 5 lista, men det kommer fler och jag hoppas att ni gillar dom små listorna för det gör jag!

Jag hann inte fixa med någon igår så istället får ni ett helt galet härligt lack ifrån Smitten Polish istället.

Det här är Date Night ett riktigt knalligt rosa hololack. Kanske inte riktigt neon, men så nära man kan komma faktiskt. Det här lacket fick jag som kompensation ifrån Smitten för att mitt Va-Va-Voom hade tappat färgen och jag är så himla glad att jag har det här i min samling.

Smittens lack håller hög kvalité och det kan jag garantera att Noelie som är skaparen av märket även håller på sin kundservice. Jag tycker mycket om penslarna i dom här flaskorna. Lätta att skapa snygga kanter med.

Date Night täcker på tre lager och torkar fort. Och vilken färgexplosion det här är. Plus att det pryds av fina regnbågar. Ett alldeles perfekt sommarlack i mitt tycke. Och jag trivdes helt suveränt i det.

I didn't have time to do another list yesterday, so instead you get a amazing polish from Smitten Polish instead.

This is Date Night a real bright pink holo. Maybe not quite neon, but as close as you can get, actually. I received this polish as a compensation from Smitten because my Va-Va-Voom had lost it's original color and I'm so glad I have this in my collection.

Smitten polishes is of high quality and I can guarantee that Noelie who is the creator of the brand also keeps a really high quality on the customer service. I really like the brushes in these bottles. Easy to create great-looking edges with.

Date Night covers in three layers and dries quickly. And what color explosion this is. Plus it's adorned with fine rainbows. A truly perfect summer polish in my opinion. And I really enjoyed wearing this. 

Grön Onsdag - My Top 5 Green Polishes!

Vad kan passa bättre än att visa mina 5 favoriter av gröna lack på Karins Gröna Onsdag? Inte mycket!

Precis som på dom andra listorna så är det kanske inte alltid det allra vackraste lacken som faktiskt hamnar på dom här listorna. Ibland har man speciella känslor för ett speciellt lack som gör att man tycker om det mer än det som kanske egentligen är snyggare. Så här får ni dom fem som blandat är vackrast och blandat betyder mest för mig.

What could be better than to show my top 5 Green polishes on Karins Green Wednesday? Not Much!

Just like in the other two lists these polishes might not be the most beautiful polish in my stash but sometimes you have polishes that you have special feelings for and then that polish becomes the one that you like the most. Even thought there might be others that might appear more beautiful. 

So this is my top 5 mixed between beautiful and special.

Do you have any polishes that means something extra for you and why?

Först ut är Zoya Logan som är från samma kollektion som Zoya Aurora som jag hade med bland mina lila lack. Det här är bara helt ljuvligt och jag kan inte förstå att jag inte använder det oftare. En grön skönhet med massor av guld i.

First out is Zoya Logan that comes from the same collection as Aurora that was in my top 5 purple polishes. This one is just stunning and I can't understand why I don't wear this more often. A green beauty with a lots and lots of gold in it.

Det här är nog mitt absoluta favoritlack bland dom gröna. Det jag alltid kan lita på att jag älskar att bära och nog min första riktiga gröna lack kärlek. Jag har visat det här en del gånger och det är förstås China Glaze Agro jag snackar om. Också ganska mycket guld i. Ett lack jag kan bära hur ofta som helst utan att tröttna.

This is probably my absolute favorite of all the green polishes. The one that I always love wearing and I think my first real green polish love. I have shown this several times and it's of course China Glaze Agro that I'm talking about. A polish that also has a lot of gold in it. I can use this all the time and still don't get tired. 

En annan juvel i min gröna samling är Darling Diva Leprechaun's Gold. Klar bas med microglitter i grönt och guld (igen). Ett lack som tyvärr inte finns att köpa längre och därför valde jag att måla det över svart på swatchbilden. För att spara lite på flaskan. Det här är bara helt underbart glittrigt och fint.

Another gem i my collection is Darling Diva Leprechaun's Gold. A polish with a clear base that is packed with green and gold microglitter. A polish that unfortunatly no longer can be bought from Darling Diva. And that is why I chose to swatch over black on the swatchpicture. To save some. This is just amazing. It's so sparkly and beautiful. 

Liquid Sky Lacquer Margaritaville är kanske inte det vackraste lacket jag har bland gröna, men det var det första thermolacket som verkligen funkade som jag testade. Och ja, jag gillar verkligen färgen på det speciellt när man har lite längre naglar och tipparna nästan konstant är mörkare som en gradient. Ljuvligt!

Liquid Sky Lacquer Margaritaville might not be the most beautiful polish of all my greens but it was the first thermo I tried that really worked. And I do love the color too. Specially when you have a bit longer nails and the tip is dark green almost all the time so it looks like a gradient. Lovely!

Och nu till ett lack som jag fullkomligt älskar. Och det mest för att det är så starkt ihopkopplat med min älskade MG C. Lacket är från Butter London och heter British Racing Green samma namn som färgen på min bils lack har. Ett riktigt mörkt grönt lack med ett diskret skimmer i. Vet inte om jag älskar färgen eller namnet eller associationen mest eller om det är en kombo, men en stor plats i mitt lackhjärta har det i alla fall.

And now to a polish that I love soo much. And the main reason for that is that it makes me think of my beloved MG C. The polish is from Butter London and the name is British Racing Green the same name as the color of my car has. A really dark green polish with a discrete shimmer in. I don't know if I love the color, the name or the feelings that I get by this most or if it's simply a combo. But one thing is for sure that this has a big place in my polish heart. 

On the thumb China Glaze Agro, Zoya Logan, Darling Diva Leprechaun's Gold, Liquid Sky Lacquer Margaritaville and Butter London British Racing Green.

My Top 5 Blue Polishes!

Då tar vi tag i mina fem favoriter bland blåa lack. Ännu ett gäng som det var svårt att välja ut och jag inser nu att tre av de fem är ganska likartade faktiskt, men inte dupes på något sätt.

Givetvis så vill jag veta vilka dina favoriter är så lämna gärna en kommentar.

Låt oss börja.

So lets get in to my top five among blue polishes. Another color that I had a hard time chosing the polishes for and I realise that three of them are very similar, but not dupes. 

And I would of course love to know what your favorites are so please leave a comment.

Let's begin. 

Lite oväntat kanske, men en av mina absoluta favoriter är från Depend och kom ut i höstas. Den har nr 422 och är en helt underbar mörkblå skimmer. Tyvärr så är det här inte ett lack som ingår i deras bassortiment vilket är väldigt synd tycker jag.

A bit unexpected maybe but one of my absolute favorites is from Swedish Depend and was released with their autumn collection last year. It has number 422 and is a stunning dark blue shimmer. Unfortunately this is not part of their core collection and that is a shame according to me. 

Mentality Brute är också ett sånt där lack som jag tittade på länge innan jag äntligen fick det i en swap med en tjej från Kanada har jag för mig. Och vad jag tycker om det här. Det är ett matt lack och ytan blir len som sammet. Älskar verkligen känslan av den här finishen och så har det ju en så fantastiskt fin blå färg.

Mentality Brute is also one of those polishes that I wanted for soo long and finally got through a swap with a Canadian girl I think. And how I love this polish. It is a matte polish and the surface feels like velvet. I really love the feeling of that finish and the color. It's just stunning. 

Och nu kommer vi till ett av dom tre lacken som är rätt lika. Både till färg och finish. Det här är Dagon från Purrfect Pawlish ett lack som är så ljuvligt glittrigt att det inte går att få fram på bild. Mörkt blått fullpackat med prismatiskt och blått glitter. Kan inte säga så mycket mer än att jag älskar det.

And now to the first of the three polishes that are very similar. Both in color and finish. This is Dagon from Purrfect Pawlish a polish that is so amazingly glittery that you can't really show it on photos. Dark blue filled with prismatic and blue glitter. I can't really say much more than I love it!

Nu till ett lack som jag är så oerhört glad att jag äger eftersom det inte går att få tag på längre. Det är The Dynamos från det svenska Indiemärket Brite Bird. Det här är mörkt blått med massor av silverglitter i. Det ser ut som en härlig stjärnhimmel på naglarna. Jag använder det inte superofta eftersom jag är lite rädd om dom dyrbara dropparna.

And now to a polish that I'm so glad that I have because it's not possible to find anymore. It's The Dynamos from the Swedish Indie Brand Brite Bird. It's a dark blue jelly with tons of silverglitter. It looks like a starry sky on your nails. I don't use it that often because it's too precious to me. 

Och det sista av de blåa är L.A Girl 3D Effect Brilliant Blue ännu ett helt ljuvligt blått lack med massa prismatiskt glitter i. Dock upplever jag det här som något ljusare än mina andra två favoriter och lite annorlunda i finishen. I vilket fall som helst så är det ännu ett lack som jag älskar. Tyvärr så verkar inte det här att gå att få tag på heller längre, men Zoya har ett som är i princip en dupe på det. Ja, det är faktiskt Zoya lacket som är en dupe vilket jag tycker är kul.

And the last of the blue ones is L.A Girl 3D Effect Brilliant Blue another amazing blue polish with prismatic glitter. But I think that this is a bit lighter than the other two favorites and also a bit different in the finish. Any how this is yet another polish that I just love. Unfortunaly this doesn't seem to be manufactured anymore but Zoya has a polish that is more or less a dupe for this. And yes it's actually the Zoya polish that is the dupe because this came first.

My Top 5 Purple Polishes!

Att plocka ut sina fem favoriter av vilken färg det än kan gälla var minsann inte enkelt, men jag har ändå tänkt att jag ska göra ett par inlägg med mina favoriter. Jag hade givetvis kunnat välja topp 10, men det blir lite mycket tycker jag.

Jag valde att börja med mina Lila lack eftersom lila var den färg som fick mig att börja älska nagellack. Det finns andra lack än dom jag visar idag som kanske egentligen är vackrare, men dom här är ändå dom 5 som jag gillar mycket och flera av dom betyder något extra för mig.

Jag har valt att inte visa en hel manikyr av varje lack. Det finns redan i tidigare poster som jag länkar till, utan istället gjort en skittle så ni ändå får se hur dom här ser ut på naglarna.

Så låt mig börja med ett lack som jag misstänker kanske inte bara finns på min topp 5 lista.

To pick only five of your favorites regardless on what color it is wasn't an easy task, but I will try to do it and share with you. I could of course had chosen to show my top 10 but I think that was a bit too much. 

I chose to start with my top purple polishes because that was the color that started my love for nailpolishes. There are other polishes besides the ones that I show you today that maybe is more beautiful but these five are the ones that I love very much and some of them means something special to me. 

I have chosen not to show a full manciure of every polish. There are already post about them that I will link too. Instead I have made kind of a favorite skittle so that you will see them on the nails as well as the bottles. 

So lets beginn with a polish that I suspect would be in many others favorit lists as well.

Zoya Aurora, ett helt underbart lila lack med massa prismatiskt glitter. Det här lacket ingår i Zoyas Ornament kollektion som faktiskt var den första kollektionen som jag köpte hela. Jag har sålt ett av dom lacken, men övriga är helt ljuvliga. Det här är ett lack som jag gärna sträcker mig efter när jag inte riktigt vet vad jag ska måla med.

Zoya Aurora a wonderful purple polish with lots and lots of prismatic glitter. This polish is part of Zoya's Ornament collection that actually is the first collection that I bought a whole set of. I have sold one of them but the rest is adorable and will stay with me. This is one of my to go polishes. You know the ones that you reach for when you can't deciede on what to wear. 

Color Club Eternal Beauty. Det finns flera anledningar till att det här hamnade på listan. Först och främst för att det är en vacker lila med helt galna regnbågar. Sen är det ju så att lack som har trevliga egenskaper när man ska måla med dom gärna hittar en plats i mitt hjärta. Det här lacket har nästan allt. Vacker färg, holo, kanon att måla med och det är alldeles utmärkt till stamping. Är det konstigt att jag gillar det? Nä, inte speciellt.

Color Club Eternal Beauty. There are several reasons why this made it to this listt. First and foremost because it is a beautiful purple with crazy rainbows. And for me a polish that is really easy to paint with has a little bit easier to find a place in my heart. This polish has almost everything. Beautiful color, holo, amazing formula and it is really excellent for stamping. Is it strange that I like it? No, not particularly.

Det här lacket har en speciell plats i mitt hjärta. Det är NYX Girls Between Mauve and Purple. Dels för att det var med bland dom första paketen jag vågade beställa från USA, men framför allt för att det fanns med i den första manikyren jag visade här på bloggen. Ja och så gillar jag ju färgen också förstås.

This polish really has a special place in my heart. It's NYX Girls Between Mauve and Purple. Partly because it was among the first polishes that I dared to order from the US but mostly because this was used in the very first manicure that I posted here on my blog. Well I really do like the color as well. 

OPI Honk If You Love OPI fick jag med som bonus vid en tidningsprenumeration och tänkte att jo det är nog snyggt, men hade nog inte räknat med att jag skulle gilla det så mycket som jag gör. Mörkt, vampigt och snyggt.

OPI Honk If You Love OPI is a polish that I got as a bonus when I started a subscription for a magazine. I thought it looked nice but I didn't think I would love it as much as I do. Dark, vampy and gorgeous. 

Och så A-England Avalon. Åh vilken skönhet det här är! Och vad den är svår att fånga på bild. Den här var ett sånt där lack som jag verkligen suktade efter och jag älskar det fortfarande. Ett underbart lack från ett märke som blivit lite favorit hos mig.

And of course A-England Avalon. Oh what a beauty this is! And how almost impossible is this to capture on a photo. This was one of those polishes that I knew I just had to have. And I still love it! This might also be one of the first Indie polishes that I bought.

The Neverending Story Challenge!

Den där högen med otestade krymper i väldigt maklig takt så jag tänkte råda lite bot på det genom att köra ett nytt challenge som går ut på att just använda otestade lack.

Förra gången så var det i alfabetsordning, men denna gången så blir det färg och finish som blir temat istället.

Vi kommer att ha två färger eller möjligen finishar per vecka och första veckan börjar v.29 så man har lite tid på sig att förbereda sig.

Man får självklart vara med på så många eller så få teman man vill. Om vi tar t.ex första veckan så är temorna Glitter och Pastell. Då kan man välja att göra en manikyr med glitter och en med pastell. Eller så kan man kombinera de två. Och om man så vill så gör man alla tre varianterna. Det är alltså stor valmöjlighet och dessutom har vi sagt att det inte är specifika dagar på veckan utan man väljer det själv också. Inlinkz kommer finnas så att så många som möjligt har möjlighet att se de olika deltagarnas manikyrer.

That pile of untested polishes shrinks in a very slow pace so I thought I would do something about that by running a new challenge which purpose is to make it a bit smaller.

Last time we did a challeng it was about using your untested in alphabetical order, but this time it will be by a color or a finish instead.

We will have two colors or possibly finishes per week and the first week begins week.29 so you have some time to prepare.

You could of course do as many or as few themes as you want and have time for. If we take for example the first week the themes are Glitter and Pastel. Then you can choose to do a manicure with a glitter polish and one with a pastel polish. Or you could combine the two. And if you like to you could do all three variants. So as you can tell there you will have lots of choices how to enter the challenge and we have also said that there are no specific days of the week that you should post. It's up to you what day or days you post your manicures. There will be Inlinkz so that as many people as possible have the opportunity to see the various participants manicures.
