Bow Nail Polish - Treehouse

Så skönt med fredag! Helgen får nog ägnas åt att rama in foton som jag ska ha till en liten utställning nästa helg.

Idag är det ju också holofredag hos Sminkan och jag har plockat fram ett lack som jag fick i min adventskalender nämligen Bow Nail Polish Treehouse. Ett gulgrönt holo som inte har så väldigt tydliga regnbågar i sig. Det här var lite skirt så jag har tre lager på bilderna. Det var absolut inget fel på formulan, men jag är inte så förtjust i korkarna till de här lacken. Den rektangulära formen gör att det inte är helt smidigt att hålla i. På bilderna har jag topplack över.

Färgen är härlig, men jag hade nog gärna sett att den varit lite mer skarpt grön, men den är absolut fin som den är nu med.

So nice with friday! I think this weekend will be devoted to framing photos that I will participate with in a small exhibition next weekend.

Today, it's also holofriday at Sminkans and I've picked up a polish I received in my advent calendar, named Bow Nail Polish Treehouse. A yellow-green holo that doesn't have very clear rainbows in it. This was a little sheer so I have three layers on in the pictures. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the formula, but I'm not so fond of the cork on these polishes. The rectangular shape makes it uneasy to hold. In the pictures I have topcoat over.

The color is lovely, but I would have liked it to have been a bit more green, but it is absolutely fine as it is now.

Depend O2 - 519

När man läser numret på dagens lack kanske man tänker att jaha varför tänker hon visa ett lack som hon visade i söndags? Men så är inte alls fallet, för det här lacket kommer från Depends andra lacklinje Depend O2 och deras With Love From Cuba kollektion, men jag kan nog också tycka att det är lite smådumt att dom har samma nummer i de olika kollektionerna.

I alla fall så är det här ett härligt grönt skimmerlack vilket passar utmärkt idag när det är grön onsdag hos Karin. Lite skirt så jag har tre lager, men jag tror faktiskt att det sista var lite onödigt. Torktiden var bra och det var väldigt smidigt att jobba med. På bilderna har jag topplack över också.

Det här är så fantastiskt fint, mycket finare än vad man ser på bilderna vill jag lova. Inte en klassisk sommarfärg precis, men så himla fin till lite solbränd hud. Helt klart en höjdare.

When you read the number on today's polish, you might think why does she show the same polish as she did this Sunday? But that's not the case, because this polish comes from Depend's other polishline Depend O2 and their With Love From Cuba collection, but I do think that it's a bit annoying that they have the use the same number on completely different polishes even if it is from different lines.

In any case, this is a beautiful green shimmer that fits well for today's Green Wednesday at Karins. A little sheer so I have three layers, but I actually think that the last one was a bit unnecessary. The drying time was good and it was very easy to work with. In the pictures I have topcoat over as well.

This is so amazingly nice, much nicer than what I managed to capture on photo I promise you. Not a classic summer color,  but so nice to a little sunkissed skin. Obviously a keeper.

KB Shimmer - Neon Me

Idag blir det ett härligt lekfullt lack. Det här är Neon Me från KB Shimmer, ett märke som jag har börjat gilla mer och mer.

Neon Me består av en mjölkaktig jellybas med neonglitter i olika storlekar. Tre lager kan nog vara ok, men jag är ju lite gnetig när det gäller att det ska täcka ordentligt så jag har fyra på bilderna. Dock var det lättmålade lager som torkade fort. Glittren var lätta att få med sig upp från flaskan och spred ut sig bra på naglarna. Jag har topplack över på bilderna.

Jag lyckades stöta i lillfingernageln innan det var helt torrt så den är lite ojämn, men i vilket fall som helst så gillar jag verkligen det här lacken. Ett riktigt härligt sommarlack med roliga inslag och ändå den där fräscha känslan som man får av vita lack. Dock var inte min man lika imponerad, men han får stå ut med att ha en fru med mycket olika färger och glitter på naglarna.

Today, I will show you a beautiful playful polish. This is Neon Me from KB Shimmer, a brand I have started to like more and more.

Neon Me consists of a milky jelly base with neonglitters in different sizes. Three layers may be ok, but I'm a little picky when it comes to covering properly so I have four in the pictures. However, it was easily painted layers that dried fast. The glitter was easy to get up from the bottle and spread out well on the nails. I have a topcoat on in the pictures.

I managed to bump into something with my little finger before it was completely dry so it's a bit uneven there, but in any case, I really like this polish. A really nice summer polish with fun elements and yet the fresh feeling that comes from a white polish. However, my husband was not as impressed, but I guess he is used of having a wife with very different colors and glitters on her nails by now. 

Nail Challenge Collaborative presents: Beach & Ocean #2

Det verkar inte som att jag ska få till en manikyr på det här temat som jag är riktigt nöjd med, men den här får väl duga.

På MoYou Pro collection 03 finns ett mönster som är som en snäcka och det passar ju alldeles utmärkt till strand och hav tema. Lacket som jag stämplat med är från Ya Qin An.

Nä, det här blev inte perfekt, men jag gillar ändå den lite Art Deco känslan man får av manikyren.

It doesn't seem like I'm going to get a manicure of this theme, which I'm really pleased with, but this one will have to do. 

On the MoYou Pro collection 03 plate there is a pattern in form of a seashell and it fits perfectly with the beach & ocean theme. The polish I stamped with comes from Ya Qin An.

Well, this didn't work out quite the way I wanted it too, but I still like the almost Art Deco feeling you get from the manicure.

Depend - 519

Hoppas ni har en bra helg, det har jag absolut. Var på jättetrevlig 50-års igår kväll och idag har jag brödbak på gång, så det luktar gott i hela huset.

Och på naglarna har jag en riktig goding från Depends In the Coral Reef kollektion. Det kornblåa 519. Återigen fick det bli tre lager. Jag tycker att det här är ett krämlack, men det har ändå lite jellyformula som gör att det blev lite strimmigt på första lagret och för att jämna ut det hela blev det tre och topplack. Dock kan det mycket väl vara mina skills när det gäller måla med den här typen av finish som gör att jag fick ha tre lager. Det kan nog mycket väl räcka med två. Torktiden var i alla fall bra.

Jag älskar verkligen den här nyansen av blått. Hur snyggt som helst. Jag har flera olika lack som är snarlika i min samling, men det gör absolut ingenting.

Hope you have a good weekend, I absolutely do. Last night we went to a great 50th birthday party and today I'm baking bread and it smells really good.

And on the nails I have a real goodie from the Depends In the Coral Reef collection. The cornflower blue 519. Again, I had to do three layers. I think this is a cream polish, but it still has some jelly formula that makes it a bit streaky on the first layer and to smooth it all out it became three and topcoat. However, it may well be my skills when it comes to painting with this kind of finish that makes me end up with three layers I'm pretty sure it's possible to get away with two. The drying time was good.

I really love this shade of blue. Soo very nice. I have several similar polishes in my collection but that is no problem at all. I will probably get some more!
