China Glaze Cast a spell
China Glaze Cast a spell är ett olivgrönt lack fullspäckat med guld flakes i.
En nyans av grönt som jag trivs alldeles ypperligt i. Lacket var helt ok att måla med. Kanske i något rinnigaste laget. Täcker bra gör det i alla fall. Jag har två lager på bilderna och ett lager med A-England The Shield över. Torktiden kändes också helt ok.
Kort inlägg. Jo, men när jag skriver det här är klockan mycket och jag borde legat i min säng. Varför är man alltid sån tidsoptimist?

A shade of green that I enjoy very much. The polish was perfectly ok to paint with. Maybe a bit thin, but still ok. It covers really good. I have two coats on the pictures and a layer of A-England The Shield on top. The drying time also felt quite ok.
Short posts. Yes, but as I write this it's late and I should have been in my bed. Why am I always such a time optimist?

Blue Bells Snow!
Alltså, bara sen i lördags så har jag lackat om med det här lacket tre gånger! Först på mina långa naglar som nu är borta. Sen gjorde jag en variant av manikyren ni ska få se idag och nu så blev det en riktig vintermanikyr. Som ni förstår så gjorde China Glaze Blue bells ring ett riktigt bra intryck på mig.
Jag provade först den här manikyren med Konads silvriga speciallack och det var riktigt snyggt, men väldigt diskret och faktiskt helt omöjligt att fånga på bild, så jag gjorde om den igen med vitt speciallack från Konad istället och fina små snöflingor från Konad M59 brickan.
Jag tycker det här blev ett riktigt lyckat resultat. Vintrig, juligt och mysigt med den underbara blå färgen som bas. Även det här var svårt att fota, men det beror mest på att Blue bells ring är så glansigt så att det blir svårt att se mönstret riktigt.
Flingorna är placerade på olika ställen helt medvetet. För snö kommer faktiskt inte ner från himlen symetriskt!
So, just since Saturday I have painted with this polish three times! First on my long nails that are now gone. Then I did a variation of the manicure you'll see today, and now it a third version that became a real winter manicure. As you can imagine China Glaze Blue bells ring really made a good impression on me.
I tried this first with Konad silver special paint and it was really neat, but very subtle and actually quite impossible to photograph, so I did it again with white special polish from Konad instead and tiny snowflakes from Konad M59 plate.
I think this is a real success. Wintry, Christmas like and cozy with the lovely blue color as the base. Even this was difficult to photograph, but it's mostly because the Blue bells ring is so shiny that it becomes difficult to see the pattern on it.
The flakes are disposed in different places fully conscious. The snow will not actually fall down from heaven symmetrical!

Zoya Rekha
Det här blir nog första gången som jag har ett inlägg om ett Zoya lack där jag inte är helt nöjd.
Färgen är superfin. Klassiskt röd kan man väl säga, men jag var inte riktigt kompis med formulan eller var jag helt enkelt alldeles för trött när jag målade på det här. Jag har tre lager på bilderna och inser att jag kanske gott kunde haft ett till.
Lacket blev strimmigt och ojämnt när jag applicerade det. Topplack var helt nödvändigt för att jämna till det. Dessutom ser det ut på bilderna som att det var väldigt mycket VNL vilket inte riktigt överensstämmer med verkligheten. Det känns som att det är en blandning mellan kräm och jelly lack.
Nu som sagt så gillar jag ju den här färgen väldigt mycket och lacket är perfekt som underlag till mycket annat så jag ska minsann ta och ge det en chans till i alla fall.
Har ni testat det här och vad tyckte ni i så fall?

The color is super. Classic red you could say, but I was not really friendly with formula or maybe the problem was that I simply was too tired when I painted this. I have three layers on the pictures and realize that maybe I could almost had another.
The polish was streaky and uneven when I applied it. Top coat was absolutely necessary to smooth it out. On the pictures it looks like I have very much VNL which does not really reflect reality. It feels like it's a mix between cream and jelly finish.
Now, as I said, I like the this color very much and the polish is perfect as a base for many other things so I will certainly give it another chance anyway.
Have you tried this and what did you think then?

Blå Måndag China Glaze Blue Bells Ring
På måndagar så är jag ibland med på Mrs. Data's Blå måndag och idag fick jag till en otroligt snygg blå manikyr.
Det här är China Glaze Blue Bells Ring och konstigt nog så är det här också ett av dom lacken från deras Holiday Joy julkollektion som jag tänkt hoppa över. Vilken otrolig tur att jag inte gjorde det, för det här var ett lack som direkt åkte upp på min blåa topplista.
Fantastiskt att måla med. Jag har faktiskt bara ett lager av lacket på bilderna. Inget topplack bara för att visa hur väldigt fint det här är redan innan man lagt på något över. Lätt att applicera och alldeles normal torktid.
Jag glömde visst säga något om färgen. Det är liksom elektriskt blått med ganska mycket silver i. Metallik eller foil lack är frågan. Äsch, det är blått och otroligt snyggt! Det tycker jag räcker ni ser ju på bilderna hur det ser ut!
Och igår skrev jag att ni på dagens och morgondagens inlägg skulle få se varför jag kapade ner naglarna. Kolla in långfingernageln. Ser det skumt ut? Japp, lappat och lagat. Blev inte så bra, så jag klippte ner dom istället. Lagom till jul kommer mina naglar troligen att ha en perfekt längd igen.
It's Monday and sometimes I join in on Mrs.Data's Blue Monday and today I got an incredibly stylish blue manicure.
This is China Glaze Blue Bells Ring and oddly enough, this is also one of the polishes from their Holiday Joy Christmas collection that I thought about skipping. What incredible luck that I didn't, because this is a polish that directly went up on my blue favorite list.
Great to apply. I've actually just have one layer of the lacquer on the pictures. No top coat just to show how very nice this is even before you put on the topcoat. Easy to apply and normal drying time.
I forgot to say something about the color. It's like electric blue with pretty much silver in. Metallik or foil coating is the question. Oh, it's blue and incredibly beautiful! That's all I'm going to say. Look at the pictures and you will understand.
And yesterday I wrote to you that on today's and tomorrow's posts you would see why I cut down my nails. Check my middle finger nail. Does it look weird? Yep, patched and mended. Was not that great, so I cut them down instead. Just in time for Christmas, my nails are likely to have a perfect length again.
