OPI - Live Love Carnaval

Det här var ju ett rackarns lack att få till foton som jag blir nöjd med på. Därför får ni en hel drös med bilder.

Helt klart är det så att OPI Live Love Carnaval är något mer korallfärgat än vad jag trodde det skulle vara och tyvärr så är inte det i min mening positivt.

Det som dock är positivt är att det är bra formula på det här. Enkelt att lacka med, jag har tre lager på, men på höger stannade jag faktiskt på två och det hade jag ganska säkert kunnat gjort på fotohanden också. Torkar bra gör det också. Ytan är väldigt fin och glansig utan topplack, men på bilderna har jag ett lager med Seche.

Penseln vet ni sen tidigare att jag gillar i OPI lacken. Alltså det är absolut inget fel på färgen, den är knallig och rolig, men inte något som jag trivs överdrivet bra i. Däremot så ser jag fram emot dom andra två lacken jag har från OPI:s Brazil kollektion eftersom det här var bra att lacka med så hoppas jag att dom är lika bra.

This was a darn polish to get the photos that I would have been satisfied with. Therefore, you get a whole bunch of pictures. 

Clearly is that OPI Live Love Carnaval is slightly more coral colored than I thought it would be and unfortunately, it's not it in my mind positive. 

However, what is positive is that it's great formula to this. Easy to paint with, I have three layers on, but on the right I actually stayed at two and I had quite certainly could have stoped on two on the photo hand too. It dries fast too. And with a very shiny and nice surface. I have Seche on top on the pictures but for the shinyness it's not necessary.  

You know from before that I like the brush in OPI polishes. Well there is absolutely nothing wrong with the color, it is bright and summerfun, but not something that I feel that completely comfortable in. However, this has certinaly made me look forward to try the other two polishes that I have from the Brazil collcetion. This was really nice to work with so my hopes are that they will be that as well.

Holofredag - L.A Girl 3D Effects Electric Coral

Vaknar till en strålande sol. Härligt om man inte ska jobba till klockan 18...

Idag är det Kerstins holofredag igen och jag tänkte delta med ett lack som kanske inte klassas in helt som holo, men det är fullt med prismatiskt glitter i alla fall.

Det här är också lacket som jag hade igår på min födelsedag och som sitter kvar på mina naglar idag också. Det är L.A Girl 3D Effect Electric Coral. Ett lack som jag fullkomligt älskar. Om ni börjar misstänka att jag har fått en liten svaghet för oranga lack så har ni helt rätt! För jag tycker nog att det här är mer åt det oranga hållet än åt korall och det gör mig absolut ingenting :)

Precis som alla andra lack från L.A Girl så är det här lättapplicerat. Torktiden var helt ok. Jag har tre lager för täckning, men jag tror att om man har kortare naglar så räcker det nog med två. Ett lager med Fast Forward ovanpå också.

Det här är helt galet fint. Det jag föredrar med den här typen av lack framför riktiga holos är att dom här oftast är lika fina oavsett vilket ljus du har dina naglar i. Jag upplever att en hel del holo är ganska tråkiga när man inte har dom i solljus. 

Jag kommer absolut att skaffa mer lack från det här märket. Inväntar bara nästa rea hos Cherry Culture.

Today is Kerstins holofriday ​​again and I thought I would participate with a varnish that may not be classified as a true holo, but it's full of prismatic glitter anyway.

This is also the polish that I had on the nails on my birthday yesterday and that stays on my nails today too. It's L.A. Girl 3D Effect Electric Coral. A polish that I absolutely love. If you begin to suspect that I have a little weakness for orange polishes,  you are absolutely right! Because I think that this is more to the orange side than the coral and that suits me just fine :)

Just like any other polish from LA Girl, this is easily applied. The drying time was ok. I have three layers on for coverage, but I think that if you have shorter nails it might be enough with two. I have a layer of Fast Forward on top as well.

This is crazy beautiful. I actually prefer this type of polishes and the reason for that is that polishes with prismatic glitter in them are often very good looking in all kind of lights. I feel that a lot of holos is pretty boring when you don't have them in the sunlight.

I will most definitely be purchasing more polish from this brand. Only awaiting the next sale at Cherry Culture.

Gloss'n Sparkle - Passion Pop

Jo, jag vet det här är inte den färgen ni brukar se här hos mig. Det här lacket har Katarina på Edgy Polish skickat till mig för att recensera och jag måste säga att det är så kul att få lack att testa som man normalt sett inte skulle köpt eller testat. Det finns ju en hel värld av lack därute som man förmodligen missar på grund av att man själv tror sig veta vad man tycker om!

Gloss'n Sparkle är ett nytt märke för mig, men av det jag sett så finns det massor av fina färger. Just den här heter Passion Pop. Gillar namnet förresten. Det är liksom glatt. Färgen beskrivs som skarp korall/rosa och jag tycker det är en lysande beskrivning på det. I lacket finns också glitter i vitt, guld och rött plus microglitter som verkar lite prismatiskt.

Och nu till det något chockerande. Jag tycker om det! Hade det varit en blekare färg hade jag nog inte gjort det, men det här är en så glad sommarfärg att jag bara inte kan låta bli att gilla det. Känner mig superglad att jag fått prova det och kan tänka mig att det är mycket snyggt på en lite solbränd hand. vilket mina förhoppningsvis är om ett par veckor.

Formulan är väldigt trevlig. Lagom tjock och lätt att få med glittren upp ur flaskan. Känns som en crelly tycker jag. Skulle nog kunna vara täckande på två lager, men ni vet ju hur jag är. Bättre ett lager för mycket än för lite så självklart har jag tre på. Penslen var trevlig bredd på, men jag hade nog föredragit om den varit lite hårdare. Inte så att det var svårt att måla med den, men lite sladdrig.

Gloss'n Sparkle finns att köpa hos Edgy Polish för 125 SEK per flaska. Själv kan jag mycket väl tänka mig att köpa fler. Och som tur är så har jag ett fint till att prova, men det får ni se en annan dag.  Jag visar er lacket i lite olika ljusförhållanden och så blir det en bild på den superfina glasfilen som jag också fick med och som också finns att köpa.

Yes, I know this is not the color you usually see on my nails. This polish has Katarina on Edgy Polish sent to me for review and I must say it's so fun to try out polishes in colors that you normaly wouldn't hav bought or tried. There's a whole world of polishes out there that you probably miss because you think that you don't like them!

Gloss'n Sparkle is a new brand for me, but from what I have seen, there are lots of nice colors. This particular is called Passion Pop. I like the name by the way. The color is described as bright coral / pink and I think it is a brilliant description of it. The polish is contains glitter in white, gold and red plus micro glitter that seems a little prismatic.

And now for something shocking. I like it! Had it been a paler color, I probably would not have done it, but this is such a great summer color that I just can not help but like it. I feel super happy that I got to try it and can imagine how nice it would look on hands that have gotten some tanning which my hopefully have in a few weeks.

The formula is very nice. Perfect thickness and easily to get the gitter up from the bottle and even on the nails. I think you can say that this is a crelly. Would probably be opaque in two coats, but you know how I am. Better a layer too much than too little, so of course I have three. The brush has a nice width, but I probably would have preferred it if it had been a bit stiffer than it is. Not that it was difficult to paint with it, but a little flabby.

Gloss'n Sparkle is available from Edgy Polish for 125 SEK (18 USD) per bottle.  I can very well imagine buying more from the brand. And luckily, I have one more to try, but you will see that another day. I show you the polish in a little different light conditions and also a picture of the super fine glass file which I also got and which is also available for purchase.

Glitter Gal Watermelon

Usch och fy vad jag inte kan förstå varför jag köpte det här lacket!

Det här är verkligen inte min grej och lacket jag pratar om är Glitter Gal Watermelon.

Nån sorts persiko eller rosa färgat nästan lite pärlemor aktig färg. Tre lager har jag på och jag brydde mig inte om att lägga på topplack för det här åkte av fort. När jag satt och målade funderade jag på om jag missuppfattat det här lacket så att det skulle vara som layering lack och det kan jag lugnt meddela att det såg i alla fall mycket snyggare ut!

Nog skrivet om detta. Titta på bilderna och kom tillbaka en annan dag när jag visar något som jag förhoppningsvis gillar bättre.

Något som däremot är fint är vår lilla Grå så jag bjuder på en bonusbild på herr Grå när han ätit rödbetor!

The polish I'm talking about is Glitter Gal Watermelon.

Some kind of peach or pink colored almost a little pearly color. Three layers I have on and I did not bother to put on a topcoat because this didn't stay on for long. As I sat and painted I was wondering if I misunderstood this polish and it was supposed to be used for layering and I can safely tell you that it did at least look much prettier over both black and white on a nailwheel!

Enough written about this. Look at the pictures and come back another day when I show something I hopefully like better.

Something that is nice however is our little budgie so I offer you a bonus picture of him when he hade eaten beets!

I = Isadora South Beach

Idag så får märket på lacket representera bokstaven igen. Nämligen I som i Isadora.

South Beach fick jag med bland ett gäng lack som jag lyckades klicka hem på Tradera. Ett lack som jag troligen inte skulle köpt själv, men nu när jag har det måste jag ju testa i alla fall.

Tror man kan beskriva färgen som blekt orange eller möjligen lite åt aprikoshållet. Färgen i sig får inte mig att jubla, men jag inser ju att den troligen kan användas till nailart.

Jag tillhör ju dom som gillar Isadoras penslar, sen den ger jag högt betyg. Täckningen var ok. Jag har tre lager. Lite strimmiga var dom innan jag la på Seche. Torktiden mycket bra och att det är ett svenskt märke är ju mycket bra det också.

South Beach,  was among a bunch of polish that I managed to click home on eBay. A paint that I probably would not bought other wise, but now that I have it I had to try anyway.

Think you can describe the color as pale orange or possibly slightly to the apricot side. The color in itself does not make me super excited, but I realize that it probably can be used for nail art.

I belong to the people who like Isadora brushes, so I give it high marks. The coverage was ok. I have three layers. A little streaked before I put on Seche. Drying time is very good and it is a Swedish brand's and that's very good too.

China Glaze Flirty Tankini

Dags att runda av med det sista av Summer Neons lacken som jag har.

Flirty Tankini är ett korall-rosa lack. Känner inte att det är så värst mycket neon i det kanske. Det är absolut inget fel på den här färgen, men jag trivs inte i den. Formulan var helt ok, något lite rinnig kanske. Torktiden var bra och jag har lagt på tre lager för täckning. Toppade med ett lager Poshé.

Trotts vissa varningar på andra bloggar så glömde jag att ha dubbla lager av baslack till det här lacket. Resultatet blev att naglarna blivit alldeles rosa. Så tänk på ordentligt med underlag när ni använder den här.

Som sagt färgen är egentligen ganska trevlig. Gillar man lack som är åt det korallaktiga hållet så tror jag absolout man skulle gilla den här. Smaken är ju som baken och tänk vilken tur det är!

Time to round off with the last of the Summer Neons paint that I have.

Flirty Tankini is a coral-pink polish. Don't think it's that much neon in it though. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this color, but I do not feel comfortable in it. The formula was quite ok, maybe a little runny. The drying time was good and I have put on three coats for coverage. Topped with a layer Poshé.

That said the color is really quite nice. If you are into coral polishes this is a must have. We all have different opinions about what colors we like or not and thank god for that. The nailbloggs would be boring places if we all felt the same all the time!
