Reader's Choice - Colors By Llarowe The Mighty Red Baron

Oj oj oj vilket lack ni valde åt mig! Det är faktiskt så att just Colors By Llarowe var ett sånt där lack som jag bara tvunget skulle ha. Jag köpte enbart det här och betalade frakten från Llarowe för att jag var rädd för att det inte skulle finnas nästa gång annars. Och det här var i September förra året.

Jaha och sen känner ni ju till vad som händer. Det blir stående i lådan. Men nu har jag äntligen plockat fram den och detta tack vare er.

Och det visade sig att det här är lika fint som jag hade hoppats eller kanske till och med bättre faktiskt. En helt underbart mörkröd färg med ett djup tack vare holon som gör det galet vackert. Jag är helt såld och så himla glad att jag köpte denna flaskan som ni kanske kan förstå blev ganska dyr.

Nu till lite fakta också. Det är lätt att måla med och täcker på två lager. På bilderna ser ni det med topplack på vilket jag rekommenderar för jag tyckte nog att det blev ännu mer djup i det med hjälp av ett glansigt topplack.

Titta och njut! Ja och glöm inte att rösta på nästa veckas lack förstås.

Oh my.. What a polish you chose for me! The fact is that Colors by Llarowe is one of those polishes that I just hato have. I bought only this and paid the freight from Llarowe because I was afraid that there would not be the next time otherwise. And this was in September last year.

Oh, and then that you are aware what is happening. It remains in the box. But now I finally picked it out and this is thanks to you.

And it turned out that this is as good as I had hoped, or maybe even better, actually. An absolutely wonderful dark red color with a deep thanks holon that makes it crazy beautiful. I'm completely sold and so happy that I bought this bottle as you might imagine, was quite expensive.

Now for some facts too. It is easy to apply and covers the two layers. In the pictures you can see it with topcoat on which I recommend because I thought that it was even more depth to it using a glossy topcoat.

The Nail Challenge Collaborative presents - Pets #2

Idag får ni manikyr nr 2 på husdjurstemat. En manikyr som inte blev alls som jag tänkt mig, men ändå stämmer så bra i färgerna med det jag vill förmedla att jag väljer att visa den ändå. 

Den första manikyren var ju inspirerad av min ena Undulat Tonks och självklart så ska ju då Undulat nr 2 också få en manikyr efter sig. Denna lille fågel är grå med svart/vit vattring på vingarna en sk. Grå standardtecknad om man pratar fågelfärgspråk. Han är alldeles ljuvlig vår lille Grå som han heter för att vi hade så fruktansvärt dålig fantasi vid tillfället när han kom med i vår familj. 

Det är inte alls omöjligt att manikyr nr 3 också blir inspirerad av honom, för jag skulle vilja göra en manikyr som jag verkligen blir nöjd med också. 

Det är i alla fall OPI Cement The Deal i botten och prickarna är gjorda av Zoya Raven, Zoya Purity och A-England Excalibur. 

Today I will show you manicure No.2 on our pet theme. A manicure that didn't turn out the way I had imagine at all but it still does represent what it was supposed to so I decided to show it to you anyway.

The first manicure in the theme was inspired by one of my Budgies Tonks and of course you're going to get one inspired by our other Budgie. This little bird is gray with black/white the wings so-called. Standard gray if you are talking bird color language. He is absolutely lovely our little Grå, which means grey, as his name is because we had so terribly poor imagination at the moment when he came into our family.

It's not at all impossible to manicure No.3 will also be inspired by him, because I'd like to do a manicure that I feel really satisfied with, too.

In any case it's OPI Cement The Deal as the base and the dots are made of Zoya Raven, Zoya Purity and A-England Excalibur.

Golden Leafs!

A-England Briarwood som jag visade igår är ju ett perfekt höstlack, men jag tänkte att jag skulle göra det ändå mer höstlikt så jag plockade fram en stämpelbricka med fina höstlöv och ett lack som är lite bronsfärgat för att ytterligare späda på höstkänslan.

Plattan är BP 19 och lacket jag stämplat med är Depend 4045 Back-beat-bronze.

Själv tycker jag att det här blev en riktigt snygg manikyr. En jag mycket väl kan tänka mig att göra om för jag trivdes kanon i det här.

Vad säger ni? En passande höstmanikyr?

A-England Briarwood that I showed you yesterday is a perfect autumn polish but I thought I would make it even more autumnal (is that a word?) so I picked up a stamping plate with nice autumn leaves and a polish that is a little bronze to further dilute the autumn feeling.

The plate is BP 19 and the polish I stamped with is Depend 4045 Back-beat-bronze.

Personally, I think this turned out as a really neat manicure. One I can very well imagine doing again because I liked wearing it so much.

Indie Inlinkz - Favorite Fall Color

Ni som är med i lackgrupper på nätet och kanske som jag är lackberoende har nog inte kunnat undgå att det varit en del rabalder kring ett visst märke av Indielacken. Tyvärr så blir det ju lätt så att ett märke gör att folk helt plötsligt börjar misstro en hel bransch.

Jag hittade i alla fall en liten grupp på Facebook som hade bestämt sig för att visa sitt stöd för alla dessa fantastiska Indie märken som där ute genom att en gång i månaden ha ett gemensamt tema där man visar ett av alla dessa underbara lack.

Det här tyckte jag lät kul och självklart vill jag visa att jag litar på de här tillverkarna och just den här månaden var det lämpligt nog tema favorit höst färg.

Jag rotade runt lite bland mina lack och funderade på någon röd eller orange färg, men sen kom jag på att jag har ju A-England Briarwood i min samling.

Dels så är A-England ett av mina favoritmärken bland Indies och så är ju Briarwood dels helt suveränt vackert, men även ett otroligt passande lack så här framåt höstkanten.

Det är i botten vinrött, men ser nog nästan mer brunaktigt ut på naglarna med en fantastiskt holoeffekt som är ganska diskret, men ändå gör lacket så speciellt. Det här är verkligen ett urtjusigt lack som jag som normalt sett inte är speciellt förtjust i brunaktiga lack fullkomligt älskar.

You who like me spend some time in various polish communitys on the network probably have not been able to avoid all the drama about a certain brand of Indie polish. The thing is that one brand can get people to distrust an entire industry.

I happened to stumble upon a group on Facebook that decided to show their support for all these great indie labels out there by once a month have a theme which shows one of all these wonderful polishes.

This, I thought sounded fun and of course I want to show that I trust these manufacturers. This months theme is favorite fall color.

I looked around at my bottles and thought about showing a red or orange color, but then I remembered that I have A-England Briarwood in my collection.

First of all A-England is one of my favorite brands among the Indies and Briarwood is one completely superbly beautiful polish but also an incredibly suitable polish for autumn.

It's a dark burgundy, but looks almost more brownish out on the nails with an amazing holo which is quite discreet, but still makes the polish so special. This is really a simply gorgeous polish that I that normally isn't especially fond of brownish absolutely love.

Purrfect Pawlish - Ectoplasm

Dags för sista lacket ut från Purrfect Pawlishs nya Ghost kollektion och det här är Ectoplasm. Ett duochrome lack som skiftar mellan grönt och lila. Precis som med de andra lacken är det inte en supertydlig skiftning, men ändå en mycket fin sådan. 

En annan sak som jag personligen tycker är kul med den här kollektionen är att det är en Halloween kollektion utan orange eller konstigt glitter. Inga godis namn heller för den delen. Jag gillar dom här lacken riktigt mycket. Allihopa faktiskt, men jag tror nog att Phantom och Poltergeist blev favoriterna. 

Fast nu tillbaka till Ectoplasm. Precis som med dom andra lacken är det ett effekt lack och jag har lagt det över Pitch Black. Om ni lästa mitt första inlägg om kollektionen så kanske ni kommer ihåg att jag skrev att man får med en flaska Pitch Black när man beställer ett eller flera lack ur kollektionen. Ett mycket bra erbjudande för Pitch Black är ett riktigt bra svart krämlack. 

I alla fall så har jag ju som sagt lagt ett lager Ectoplasm över svart. Torktiden är bra och lacket är lätt att måla med.

Time for the final polish from Purrfect Pawlishs new Ghost collection and this is Ectoplasm. A duochrome polish that changes between green and purple. As with the other polishes from the collection it doesn't have a superstrong duochrome effect, but a very nice one. 

Another thing which I personally think is fun with this collection is that it's a Halloween collection with no orange or strange glitter. No sweets name for that matter. I like all of these polishes a lot. But I think that Phantom and Poltergeist were the favorites.

But now back to Ectoplasm. Just as with the other polishes this is a layering polish and I've put it over Pitch Black. If you read my first post about the collection you might remember that I wrote that you get a free bottle of Pitch Black when you order one or more polishes from the collection. A very good offer because Pitch Black is a really good black cream.

In any case, I have added a layer of Ectoplasm over black. The drying time is good and the polish is easy to apply.

The entire collection will be available at Purrfect Pawlish on the 25th of September.
