YSL Rouge Sublime

För ett tag sedan så var det återigen dags för familjen att gå på teater. 123 Schtunks Hemsöborna beskådades. Underbar teatergrupp må jag säga.

I alla fall så hade mor i huset lite bråttom eftersom det här bestämdes i sista sekund, så jag lät familjen plocka fram ett lack ur lådorna, medans jag var och duschade, som skulle bäras på kvällen.

Valet föll på det enda lacket som jag fått av min man i present. Han tillhör inte den typen som kommer hem med presenter stup i kvarten så det här var en riktigt trevlig och mycket uppskattad present.

Lacket han valt ut till mig bland alla färger och märken som förmodligen finns på flygplatsen i Paris var YSL Rouge Sublime ett knallrött lack som känns som en blandning mellan jelly och kräm. Ibland får man faktiskt vad man betalar för nämligen ett lack som är underbart lätt att måla med, suverän borste. Torkar snabbt och är dessutom riktigt hållbart. Jag har tre lager på och jag tror inte det blivit någon skillnad med ett lager till. Faktum är att jag nog kunnat stanna på två om det var så, men jag är ju the queen of three layers så det är bäst att följa sina vanliga rutiner.

Färgen är ju som sagt riktigt knallröd. En äkta klassiker kan man väl säga. Och jag älskar det här lacket lika mycket som jag älskar min gubbe!

A while ago, it was once again time for the family to go to the theater. 123 Schtunks version of Hemsöborna was what we saw. Wonderful theater I must say.

Anyway the mother in the family was in a hurry, because this was determined at the last second, so I let the family pick out a polish from my colletion, while I was showering, and that would be worn in the evening.

The choice fell on the only polish that I got from my husband as a gift. He does not belong to the kind that comes home with gifts very often (reed almost never) so this was a really nice and much appreciated gift.

The polish he opted out to me among all colors and brands that are found at the airport shops in Paris was YSL Rouge Sublime one bright red paint that feels like a cross between jelly and cream. Sometimes you get what you actually pay for namely a coating that is wonderfully easy to apply, great brush. Dries quickly and is also very durable. I have three layers on and I do not think there would have been any difference with another layer. In fact, I think I could have stayed at two, but I am the queen of three layers so it is best to follow the usual routines.

The color is like I said really bright red. A true classic one can say. And I love this polish as much as I love my hubby!

Blå Måndag Zoya Song

Förrutom på Pink Wednesdays så är det ett tag sedan ni fick se något Zoya här hos mig så det är väl hög tid nu! Och när det dessutom är Blå Måndag enligt Mrs Data så passar det ju bra att visa Song just idag.

Zoya Song släpptes med Diva kollektionen nu i år ett vackert Royalblå lack med mycket skimmer i.

Färgen är inte unik, men den är likaväl väldigt snygg. En bra och ha blå. Alltså en sån som borde vara en av grundfärgerna i en nagllacks samling.

Som vanligt när det gäller Zoya så är det smidigt att lacka med. Och som vanligt så snålade jag lite på första lagret så därför har jag tre lager på vilket inte alls borde vara nödvändigt. Torktid helt ok och över alltihopa har jag ett lager av Seche.

Nä, inget unikt, men jag tycker mycket om det här lacket ändå!

Besides the Pink Wednesdays, it's been a while since you saw something from Zoya here on the blog so it's about time now!

Zoya Song was released with the Diva collection this year and is a beautiful Royal blue polish with a lot of shimmer in it.

The color is not unique, but it is very nice anyway. I think it's a blue shade that anyone who has a polish collection should have one of.

As usual with Zoya it's easy to paint with. And as usual, I was a bit stingy on the first layer, so therefore I have three layers on which should not be necessary. Drying ok and over it all, I have a layer of Seche.

Nah, nothing unique, but I really like this polish anyway!

Nailart Sunday Video Games

Om ni visste hur många idéer jag hade om vad jag skulle hitta på till den här söndagens tema! Men, först fick jag inte till det alls så jag kände att mina skills i frimålning inte var tillräckligt stora för att göra alla fina Mario Svampar, Koopas och allt annat kul.

Men, nej det fick bli spökena från Pacman, ett av de första spelen eller förresten det första spelet jag spelade på en PC i skolans datasal på gymnasiet (så gammal är jag!).

Är jag nöjd med mitt jobb. Ja och nej. Från lite håll ser det här faktiskt riktigt bra ut, men alltför nära eller på foto så var det inte riktigt lika kul. Så därför mina vänner tänkte jag först bara bjuda er på ett enda foto idag. Det vill säga tills jag bestämde mig för att göra ett nytt försök. Det är troligen inte dom finaste Mariosvamparna ni någonsin kommer att se långt därifrån, men om man inte försöker så lär man sig inte heller så idag får ni två stycken halvlyckade manikyrer från mig!

If you knew how many ideas I had about what I would do for this Sunday's theme! But, first, I was not pleased at all. I felt that my skills in freehand painting wasn't big enough to do all the great Mario Mushrooms, Koopas and anything else fun.

So, it had to be ghosts from Pacman, one of the first games, or by the way the first game I played on a PC in the school's computer lab in high school (so old I am!).

Am I satisfied with my job. Yes and no. From a bit distance this actually look good, but too close or on the photos, it was not quite as fun. So therefore, my friends, I thought at first that I would only offer you a single photo today. That is, until I decided to make another attempt. It's probably not the finest Mario mushrooms you will ever see far away, but if you don't try you never learn so today you get two half successful manicures from me!

I'm almost feel a bit shame when I think about all the lovely polishes that has turned up in my mailbox during the last four weeks, but I still choose to share all the beauties with you!

Holofredag med Ozotic 515

Dags för ännu ett helt underbart hololack!

Ozotic 515 är ett mellanblått galet snyggt holo, med ordentlig holoeffekt.

Lacket är lite skirt så tre lager krävs för att få det opakt. Jag har lagt det över Aqua Base och då är det väldigt smidigt att måla med. Eftersom jag inte testat utan kan jag inte uttala mig om hur det är med andra baslack. Som med de flesta holo så är torktiden väldigt bra. Det enda jag kan klaga på är att borsten är i mjukaste laget.

Time for yet another wonderful holopolish!

Ozotic 515 is a medium blue crazy beautiful holo, with proper holoeffect.

The lacquer is a little sheer so three layers is necessary to get it opaque. I have put it over Aquabase and then it is very easy to paint with. Since I have not tried without I can't comment on how it is with other basecoats. As with most holo the drying time is very good. The only thing I can complain about is that the brush is a bit to soft for my likings. 

Three layers and Seche over.
