Kan det faktiskt vara så att våren äntligen är på väg nu, jag hoppas det!

Idag visar jag i alla fall ett vårlack från Depend Eastern Fusion kollektionen och jag vill redan nu påpeka att det här är finare i verkligeheten än vad det är på mina bilder.

502 är ett havsblått nästan lite metallicaktigt lack. Bra formula och täcker på två lager. Torktiden var bra och på bilderna har jag topplack på. Som ni ser på bilderna så blir det en del penseldrag synliga i lacket, men dom är långt ifrån så framträdande i verkligheten som på mina bilder. Jag tycker faktiskt inte dom stör alls IRL.

Det här är en riktigt fin färg, egentligen skulle jag ha ett himmelsblått lack på mig enligt min man, men det här är mycket mer som ett medelhavsblått lack och jag fick en väldig längtan till sommaren när jag bar det faktiskt. Som sagt mycket finare i verkligheten än på bild.

Could it actually be that spring is finally here. I hope so!

Since I wish for spring I will show you a springpolish from Depend today, This is from the Eastern Fusion collection and I want to point out that this is much nicer in reality than on my pictures.

502 is a sea blue almost metallic polish. Good formula and it covers in two layers. The drying time was good and I have topcoat over in the pictures. As you can see on my photos there are some very visable brush strokes in the polish, but they are far from as prominent in reality as in my pictures. I don't actually think they are bothering me at all IRL.

This is a really nice color, I was supposed to have a skyblue polish according to my husbands advice, but this is much more like a Mediterranean blue and I got some strong longing for the summer feelings when I wore this. That said remember that it's much finer in reality than in the pictures.

April's Haul

En liten men naggande god samling lack dök upp i April, jag blev lite för sugen på att köpa något för att låta bli, men nu ska jag verkligen försöka att lägga band på mig igen.

Det som trillade in var några lack från KB Shimmer som jag velat ha ett tag och så det där lacket som alla älskar som inte funnits i min samling, nämligen China Glaze Fairy Dust.

A small but very nice collection of polishes showed up in April, I haven't been buying anything since late November, early December and my wish to get some news was too big now.  But from now on I will really try to hold myself back again. 

The polishes that came into my stash was some from KB Shimmer that I wanted to have for a while, and that polish that everyone loves that have been missing in my collection up until now, namely China Glaze Fairy Dust

Spring News from China Glaze

Häromdagen fick jag ett paket innehållande 6 av lacken från China Glaze vår kollektion Spring Fling. Jag ser verkligen fram emot att prova de här lacken eftersom China Glaze som märke var ett av mina första lackförälskelser.

Jag måste säga att jag är riktigt nyfiken på de flesta av de här lacken och kanske speciellt på det blåa Chrusin' On Blue. Är det något av de här som ni är extra nyfiken på så får ni gärna skriva en liten kommentar.

The other day I received a package containing 6 of the polishes from China Glaze Spring Fling collection. I really look forward to trying these polishes since China Glaze as a brand was one of my first polish loves.

I have to say that I am really curious about most of these colors and especially on the blue Chrusin' On Blue. If there is a polish of these that you would love to see first, please leave a comment.

2017 Summer collections from Depend & Depend O2

Redan nu börjar det dyka upp lite sommarkollektioner och jag tänkte ge er lite flaskbilder på Depend och Depend O2s kommande. Bägge ska finnas i butik från v.19.

Färgmässigt så är både Depends In the Coral Reef och Depend O2s With Love From Cuba rätt lika tycker jag. Mycket klassiska sommarfärger i form av korall och rosa. Dom färgerna är för mig inte så superlockande, men i bägge kollektionerna finns det små pärlor som ska bli intressanta att testa.

The summer collections has already started to make their entrance and will give you some bottleshots on Depend and Depend O2's upcoming. Both will be in store from v.19.

Colorwise, both Depends In the Coral Reef and Depend O2s With Love From Cuba are pretty close to each other I think. Very classic summer colors in the form of coral and pink. Those colors are not that exciting for me, but in both collections there are small pearls that will be interesting to try out.

Jag känner att det är synd om alla vackra lack jag har stående som inte blir återanvända som dom egentligen borde, så därför tänker jag lite då och då göra djupdykning i mitt arkiv och plocka fram exakt det lack jag visade just det här datumet något av mina tidigare bloggår. Just idag visar jag ett som blev alldeles utmärkt att plocka fram då det passade grymt bra till kläderna jag bar på 50-års festen vi var på igår.

Det här är Zoya Valerie ett lack som tyvärr inte ingår i deras basutbud längre, man kan dock hitta det på eBay och liknande ställen. Det kom ut i en julkollektion 2010 och är ett supervackert mörkt lila lack med vackra skiftningar åt guld och rosa. Det ser väldigt mörkt ut på naglarna, men inte svart ut. Underbart att jobba med och täcker på två lager. På bilderna har jag topplack på också.

Notering till mig själv, måla inte för tätt inpå du ska iväg och ha Converse på dig... Nog om detta. Älskar verkligen färgen på det här lacket och är väldigt nöjd med att ha plockat fram det ur gömmorna igen för helt ärligt så hade det här bara varit använt en gång tidigare och det var när jag visade det här på bloggen senaste gången 2013.

I feel sorry for all the beautiful polishes I have standing in my drawers that wont be reused as they really should be, so I'm thinking about diving in my archive and picking up exactly the polish I showed here this date one of my previous blogyears. Today I show you a polish that was perfect to pick up from the drawer again since it looked great with the clothes that I was wearing at the 50-years old party we were attending yesterday.

This is Zoya Valerie a polish that unfortunately is not part of their base range anymore, but you can find it on eBay and similar places. It was released in a Christmas collection in 2010 and is an amazing dark purple polish with beautiful shades of gold and pink. It looks very dark on the nails but not black. Great to work with and covers in two layers. In the pictures I have topcoat on as well.

Note to myself, do not paint your nails too close in time to when it's time to leave your home and take on your Converse ... Just a hint. I really love the color of this polish and am very pleased to have picked it out from the drawer again for quite honestly, this have not been used more that one time and that was when I showed it here on the blog last time in 2013.
