Polish Addict - Black Tie Parade

Det här lacket var lite knepigt att visa på foto tycker jag. Lacket är Polish Addict Black Tie Parade ett svart jelly lack som har glitter i både olika storlekar och många olika färger i sig.

Jag har använt mig av lacket på egen hand vilket funkade bra i och för sig. Fyra lager har jag på, bryr man sig mindre om VNL än vad jag gör kan nog tre räcka. På bilderna är det inget topplack vilket förmodligen hade varit smart att lägga på.

I alla fall så gillar jag lacket, jag tycker om att glittren inte blir övertydliga utan lite diskretblingiga. Däremot misstänker jag att det hade varit snyggare lagt över ett svart krämlack, så detta kommer att testas någon gång.

Torktiden och formulan var i alla fall bra.

This polish was a little tricky to give you nice photos of I think. The polish is Polish Addict Black Tie Parade a black jelly polish that has glitter in both different sizes and many different colors in it.

I've used the polish on its own, which worked fine. I used four layers but if you care less about VNL than I do you can probably stop at three. In the pictures there is no top coat, which probably would have been smart to put on.

In any case, I like the polish, I like the fact that the glitters don't take over but is a bit more discrete but still something extra. However, I suspect that it would have been nicer laid over a black creme polish, so this will be tested at some point.

The drying time and the formula was very nice.

Polish Addict - Orange Is The New Black

Dags för lack nummer två från Polish Addict som jag fått från Edgy Polish. Ännu ett sånt där lack som jag var lite osäker på när jag såg det i flaskan, men oj vad jag ändrade mig när jag väl fått det på naglarna.

Orange Is The New Black består av en svart jellybas och glitter i blått, guld, grönt, orange, silver och små mini strängglitter i grönt. Jag tror ärligt talat att det skulle bli ganska jobbigt att få det här att täcka på egen hand så jag plockade fram mitt absoluta favorit lack bland svarta krämlack. Rainbow Honey Nyx och la det som bas.

Polish Addict flaskorna har väldigt sköna korkar att hålla i när man målar måste jag säga. Lacket var lätt att jobba med och glittren följde med förvånansvärt enkelt upp ur flaskan. Jag har två lager över basen och jag tycker att det räcker. Det blev alldeles lagom så här känner jag. Över det har jag ett överlack från Nail Pattern Boldness som heter Digital Flash. Ett överlack som verkar mycket lovande må jag säga. Verkar inte krympa lacken, torkar fort och ger en mycket trevlig glans.

Sen att jag lyckades att inte få upp ett enda strängglitter känns bara bra enligt mig.

Det må kanske vara ett lite höstigt lack, men jag gillar det. Väldigt mycket till och med. Det här är absolut ett sånt där glitter lack som jag trivs i. Lagom mycket bling på något sätt.

Time for polish number two from Polish Addict that I ​​received from Edgy Polish. Yet one of those polish that I was a bit unsure when I saw it in the bottle, but oh how I changed my mind once I got it on the nails.

Orange Is The New Black is made of a black jellybase and glitter in blue, gold, green, orange, silver, and small mini string glitter in green. I honestly think that it would be quite a hassle to get this to cover on it's own so I picked up my absolute favorite polish among black creme polishes. Rainbow Honey Nyx and added it as a base.

The bottles from Polish Addict have very comfortable corks it helps when applying the polish, I must say. The polish was easy to work with and the glitters was surprisingly simple to get up from the bottle. I have two layers of this over the black base and I think it's enough. It was just the right amount of glitter this way in my opinion. Over this I have a top coat from Nail Pattern Boldness called Digital Flash. A top coat that looks very promising I must say. Does not seem to shrink the polishes, dries quickly and gives a very nice shine.

Then I also managed to not get up one single string glitter this time and that suits me just fine.

It may perhaps have a little autumn feeling about it, but I like it. Very much actually. This is absolutely one of those glitter polish that I feel comfortable in. Just the perfect amount of bling in it.

Polish Addict - Brain Freeze

Edgy Polish fortsätter att få in nya märken hela tiden och ett av de nyaste är Polish Addict som Katarina skickade mig ett par flaskor av för att testa.

Jag började med att testa Brain Freeze. Vi kan väl börja med mina barns reaktioner när dom fick syn på flaskan. Jag kan inte komma på alla konstiga associationer dom kom på, men jag kan garantera att det inte var några positiva. Nej, flaskan kanske inte fick mig att hoppa högt heller, men...

Så här är det. Visst jag hade gärna sett att man lite lättare fick upp glittren som förresten är lite neoniga och i en massa kul färger och slapp fiska. Formulan i övrigt är mycket trevlig och beroende på hur mycket man står ut med VNL och hur skirt man vill ha det, så kan man ha både ett, två eller som jag tre lager av det här. Torktiden var bra och nu till färgen.

Jag vet inte riktigt vad jag ska kalla basfärgen  i det här jellylacket. Den är inte vit. Kanske lite krämfärgad, men det finns lite rosa eller möjligen persika i den också. Jag tänker nu erkänna utan omsvep att jag gillar det här. Det hade jag faktiskt inte förväntat mig.

Det känns fräscht att ha på naglarna. Jo, det här kan jag mycket väl tänka mig att bära flera gånger. Det som jag först inte tyckte var bra. Alltså att det var svårt att få upp glittren, blev till en helt annan åsikt när jag var färdig med manikyren. Jag gillar faktiskt att det inte blev så mycket mer glitter än så här.

Edgy Polish continues to bring in new brands all the time and one of the newest is Polish Addict. Katarina was nice to send me a couple of bottles to try out. 

I started by testing Brain Freeze. Let's start with my children's reactions when they saw the bottle. I can't think of all the weird associations they came up with, but I can guarantee that they were no where near positive. No, the bottle might not made ​​me jump high either, but ...

This is how it is. Sure I would have liked it a little better if the glitters had followed the brush up from the bottle a little bit easier. The glitters by the way that are almost neon in different colors. The formula is otherwise very nice and depending on how much one can stand VNL and how sheer you want it, you can have both , one, two, or as I have three layers of this. The drying time was good and now on to the color.

I don't really know what to call the base color in this jelly. It's not white. Maybe a little cream, but there are little pink or perhaps peach in it too. I will now confess plainly that I like it. I had not actually thought I would do that. 

It feels fresh to have on the nails. Well, this I can very well imagine to wear several times. What I first thought was bad was that I didn't get enough glitter, but I changed my mind about that after finishing the manicure. I like the fact that it's kind of a distanse between the glitters.
